Job Title: Business Development Executive.
Location: EBG Group, Opposite to T- HUB, Raidurg, Hi Tech City, Hyderabad.
Experience: 0 to 4 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding of clients
- Experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Strong convincing and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
