Role
L3 support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange OnPrem (2013/2016/2019).
Advanced troubleshooting for Exchange Online and hybrid mail flow.
Diagnosis of Autodiscover, EWS, MAPI, SMTP, and Outlook connectivity issues.
Configuration and troubleshooting of connectors, transport rules, and routing.
Administration of M365 security, antispam, antimalware, DLP, retention, and compliance policies.
Management of Exchange databases, DAG replication, failover, and highavailability issues.
CU/SU patching, certificate renewal, IIS configuration, and serverlevel maintenance.
Resolution of queue/backpressure issues and transport service failures.
Hybrid configuration support using HCW, OAuth, federation, and mail routing.
Execution and troubleshooting of remote mailbox moves and migration batches.
PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and bulk operations.
RCA preparation for critical or recurring messaging incidents.
Collaboration with Microsoft support for escalated case handling.
Mentoring and support for L1/L2 teams with SOP and documentation creation.
Expertise in SMTP, DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), TLS, and certificatebased mail flow.
Knowledge of Intune and Teams Admin Center (added advantage).
Ability to handle highseverity incidents independently and efficiently. & responsibilities
