Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced OpenText ECM Developer with deep expertise in OpenText Content Server and a strong background in enterprise content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in WebReports, Business Workspaces, Workflows, and setting configuration, along with the ability to support upgrades, migrations, and custom development across complex ECM landscapes.

This role requires hands-on development, configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure ECM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

OpenText Content Server Development

- Design, develop, and enhance solutions using OpenText Content Server (v10.x through 22.x+).
- Develop and maintain WebReports, LiveReports, and reporting dashboards.
- Implement and customize Business Workspaces to support business processes.
- Design, develop, and deploy Workflows(including approval, disposition, and document lifecycle workflows).
- Develop and maintain Forms, metadata models, classifications, and folder structures.

Custom Development & Integration

- Develop custom applications and utilities using:




- OpenText APIs
- Content Web Services
- REST APIs
- Answer Modules / Content Scripts (Groovy / OScript)

- Build/Modify migration and automation tools using .NET (C#).
- Integrate OpenText Content Server with external systems (e.g., SAP, xECM, third-party applications).

Environment Configuration & Administration

- Perform environment setup and configuration across Dev, QA, Pre-Prod, and Prod.
- Configure and manage:
- Content Server
- Archive Center
- OTDS
- Storage providers and renditions

- Support module installations, deployments, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot environment issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.

Upgrades, Migrations & Support

- Support and execute Content Server upgrades and parallel upgrade activities.
- Perform content migrations from legacy systems and file shares into OpenText.
- Migrate documents, metadata, workflows, and records management configurations.
- Provide AMS / production support, including incident resolution and change requests.
