Are you a dynamic, result-driven sales leader from the paint/building materials industry ready to take ownership of a high-impact region? We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our presence across Uttarakhand.
What Youll Do:
* Drive aggressive sales targets and regional growth in the paints & coatings segment
* Expand and manage a solid dealer & distributor network (paint dealers, hardware stores)
* Build strategic relationships with architects, contractors, builders & applicators
* Increase product visibility across projects, retail counters & institutional sales
* Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market reach
* Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
Deal Breaker (Must Have):
Strong on-ground exposure in the paint/building materials industry with established connections with architects, contractors, builders, and dealer network
Experience Required:
8–15 years in sales within the paint / coatings / building materials industry, with 10–12 years being ideal, including regional handling experience
Who Should Apply:
* Proven track record in paint or allied industry sales leadership
* Strong understanding of project sales + retail dealer dynamics
* High energy, ownership mindset & target-driven approach
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel extensively across Uttarakhand
