Position: Fresher, Junior Architect, Senior Architect

Role Overview

The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project execution from concept to completion. The role requires strong design sense, technical understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively within a studio setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concept designs, mood boards, and presentation drawings.
- Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, 3D models, and working drawings.
- Support senior architects in project planning, detailing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Prepare material boards, specifications, and BOQs as required.
- Assist in client presentations and revisions based on feedback.
- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain project files, drawing logs,



and documentation accuracy.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong design and visualisation abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of construction materials and detailing.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and design sensitivity.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Internship / prior experience in architectural firms is an advantage.

Work Environment

- Collaborative, design-driven studio setting.
- Mix of office-based work, site coordination, and client interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,303.14 - ₹35,000.00 per month
