About the job Job Title Sales Executive Sales Engineer - Dow Sealants Location Karnataka Preferably Bengaluru with travel across the state Employment Type Full-Time Compensation Fixed Salary Attractive Commission Industry Construction Aluminium Fabrication Building Interiors About Us We are a leading trading and distribution company in the construction industry with over 50 years of market presence We are authorised distributors for various reputed brands including Dow Sealants and cater to facade glazing aluminium fabrication and interior contractors across Karnataka To strengthen our presence and expand our Dow Sealants business in Karnataka we are looking for dynamic Sales Personnel with relevant industry experience Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Dow Sealants to Aluminum fabricators Facade glazing contractors Interior contractors Project management consultants PMCs architects and builders Develop and manage a strong customer base across Karnataka Generate new leads conduct client meetings and provide product presentations and technical guidance where required Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Dow Sealants range Coordinate with internal teams for order processing delivery follow-ups and payment collection Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and upcoming projects in the construction and interiors space Participate in site visits mockups and trials as needed to support customers Experience 2-7 years of experience in sales marketing in construction-related products preferably Aluminium profiles hardware Sealants adhesives Glass facades cladding or interior finishing materials Industry Exposure Strong network or prior experience with aluminium fabricators glazing contractors and or interior contractors in Karnataka is highly preferred Education Graduate in any discipline Diploma Degree in Engineering Civil Mechanical or MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage Skills Attributes Good communication and negotiation skills Strong relationship-building ability Self-motivated and target-oriented Willingness to travel within Karnataka Languages Proficiency in English and Kannada Hindi will be an added advantage What We OfferOpportunity to work with a reputed company with over 50 years of legacy in the construction trade Strong product portfolio and backing from leading principals like Dow Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Supportive work setting with long-term growth prospects
