Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the collection process for lending portfolios.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators,
such as collection rates and delinquency metrics.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in collections and lending, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of collections processes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
