Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to develop and expand our business in the Telangana region. The candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition, field sales, dealer and distributor coordination, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
This is a field-intensive role requiring strong industry connections and regular client visits.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers across Telangana region
Develop business from confectionery, bakery, beverages, pharma, masala, snacks, and seasoning manufacturers
Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and close sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealers and distributors
Coordinate closely with dealers and distributor for order generation and payment follow-ups
Conduct product presentations and sampling trials at client locations
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Candidate Profile
Prior experience in Flavour / Food Ingredients / FMCG raw materials sales preferred
Strong network within food & pharma manufacturing companies in Telangana
Experience working closely with distributors in the ingredients industry is highly desirable
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork
Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills
Positive communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree preferred
