We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Analyst who can combine HR domain expertise
with robust analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating
insights from HR data, supporting decision-making, and improving HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze HR data to identify trends in hiring, attrition, performance, and employee
engagement
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or similar BI
platforms
Work with large datasets using Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables,
etc.)
Write and optimize queries using SQL
Extract and manage data from HRMS tools such as Zing
Support workforce planning and HR decision-making through actionable insights
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA or equivalent in HR / related field
12+ years of experience in HR Analytics / HR Reporting
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI or equivalent)
Advanced Excel proficiency
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience with HRMS tools (Zing preferred)
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile
Immediate joiners strongly preferred
Experience in e-commerce or similar fast-paced industries is a plus
