Pre Sales & Tender Specialist ( For Events & Immersive Solutions - 3d Services / AR / VR / XR & Simulators) Type: Full Time / Hybrid Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru / Hybrid - Must be Bengaluru Based About the Role: We are looking for a Mid-Level experienced Tender Specialist to manage end-to-end tender submissions for our business across Events (Karnataka-focused) and Immersive/Digital Solutions (Karnataka & South India). Scope of Work: 1. Events & Experiential (Karnataka Focus): Government & PSU tenders for exhibitions, conferences, trade shows within Karnataka Corporate RFPs for events, activations, dealer meets, and launches Pavilion & stall design execution tenders 2. XploR – Immersive & Digital Solutions (Karnataka South India): 3D services (product visualization, walkthroughs, digital twins) AR / VR / XR experience development Industrial simulators & training solutions (manufacturing, healthcare, safety, skilling) Experience centers,



innovation labs, and interactive installations Key Responsibilities: What We’re Looking For: Should have experience with Karnataka state tenders and GeM, CPPP, DePP, lSRO, HAL, BEL, ECIL, SAP-Ariba, DRDO, Army / Navy portal Proven experience in tender/RFP management (Events / Infra / Technology preferred) Robust working knowledge of GeM and other e-procurement platforms Ability to independently manage submissions with attention to detail Familiarity with Karnataka / South India tender ecosystem Engagement Model: Full time - in office / Hybrid Fixed monthly fee success-based incentives Interested?
