Events & Experiential (Karnataka Focus):Government & PSU tenders for exhibitions, conferences, trade shows within KarnatakaCorporate RFPs for events, activations, dealer meets, and launchesPavilion & stall design + execution tenders2. XploR – Immersive & Digital Solutions (Karnataka + South India):3D services (product visualization, walkthroughs, digital twins)AR / VR / XR experience developmentIndustrial simulators & training solutions (manufacturing, healthcare, safety, skilling)Experience centers, innovation labs,



and interactive installationsKey Responsibilities:What We’re Looking For:Should have experience with Karnataka state tenders and GeM, CPPP, DePP, lSRO, HAL, BEL, ECIL, SAP-Ariba, DRDO, Army / Navy portalProven experience in tender/RFP management (Events / Infra / Technology preferred)Solid working knowledge of GeM and other e-procurement platformsAbility to independently manage submissions with attention to detailFamiliarity with Karnataka / South India tender ecosystemEngagement Model:Full time - in office / HybridFixed monthly fee + success-based incentivesInterested?Please share your experience along with examples of tenders handled and platforms worked on.
