Hiring: Project Delivery Manager (Healthcare Operations)

We are looking for a dynamic Project Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of a comprehensive Medical Clinic System in Thiruvananthapuram.

The Role
You will be the glue that holds this project together. Your primary focus will be ensuring the recent system integrates seamlessly with our daily clinical operations while managing a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Integration: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the clinic management system.
Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for clinical staff, IT vendors, and management.
Workflow Optimization: Ensure the system enhances (not hinders) the patient journey and medical workflows.
Local Leadership: Manage on-site requirements and troubleshooting within Thiruvananthapuram.
Who You Are
Based in Thiruvananthapuram:

This role requires a consistent local presence.
Operations-First Mindset: You have experience in management or operations (healthcare experience is a massive plus).
Medical Literacy: You understand medical terminology, clinic workflows, or pharmacy/medicine management.
Communicator: You can translate "tech-speak" into practical instructions for medical staff.
Requirements
Minimum knowledge of the medical/healthcare field.
Proven experience in operations or project management.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram district.
