A growing Australian Training Organisation is seeking a smart, proactive, and quick-learning Training Coordinator for its campus in Thiruvananthapuram.

This role offers excellent long-term career growth opportunities within an international education setting. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Malayalam, highly organised, and capable of handling student coordination and administrative responsibilities professionally.

Candidates must currently reside in or near Thiruvananthapuram and should be willing to travel within Kerala when required.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to course enquiries from students, agents, and partners
Support and manage the student enrolment process, including:
application review
offer preparation
fee tracking
student record management
Provide ongoing student support throughout the enrolment and study period
Maintain accurate administrative documentation and institutional records
Prepare regular reports related to enrolments, student progress, and operations
Assist with advertising, promotional activities, and social media marketing
Communicate professionally with students, trainers, agents, and partner organisations




Coordinate with Australian migration lawyers and consultants regarding student visa-related matters
Support management with meetings, events, and office communications
Assist with general administrative and coordination duties

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
MBA preferred
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
1+ years of experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in:
English
Malayalam
Hindi (preferred)
Robust organisational and coordination skills
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
Willingness to travel within Kerala when required

Salary & Benefits
₹15,000/month during 3-month probation
₹25,000/month after successful completion of probation
Travel allowance for official travel outside Thiruvananthapuram
