Role Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee the strategic, operational, and financial performance of Confidential company. This includes developing and implementing business strategies, driving revenue through sales and operations excellence, and ensuring compliance with company goals and values. The CEO will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent the company in key partnerships and industry engagements.



This is a full time hybrid role based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, with opportunities for some work from home.

Qualifications
Robust expertise in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to manage budgets and support fiscal decision-making.
Proven experience in Operations Management and Business Planning to ensure organizational efficiency and growth.
Demonstrated skills in Sales and Strategic Planning to drive revenue growth and market development.
Ability to lead and mentor teams, foster collaboration, and effectively communicate at all organizational levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
Experience in the sustainability or resource recovery sectors is a strong advantage.
Adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work workplace with a base in Thiruvananthapuram Tal
