Job Title: Head Teacher
Location: Dombivli
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Morning Shift (7am to 1pm)
Reporting To: Principal / School Management

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Head Teacher to lead academic planning and classroom supervision, ensuring quality education delivery across all grade levels. The ideal candidate will mentor teachers, maintain discipline, and coordinate between staff and management to uphold the school’s academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise teaching staff across grades to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
Monitor lesson planning, classroom teaching, and student assessments in line with State Board guidelines.
Conduct regular teacher observations and provide feedback to improve teaching effectiveness.
Facilitate academic meetings, workshops, and training sessions for faculty development.
Ensure the academic calendar, assessments, examinations, and report cards are executed as scheduled.
Assist in developing and implementing school policies related to academics and discipline.
Act as a communication bridge between school management and teaching staff.




Handle parent interactions related to academic matters, student performance, and feedback.
Maintain an inclusive, supportive, and value-driven learning setting.
Supervise student discipline and provide guidance to resolve behavioral issues effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education (B.Ed. or M.Ed. mandatory)
Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Deep knowledge of the State Board curriculum and teaching methodologies
Strong leadership, mentoring, and classroom management skills
Proficient in English (spoken and written); fluency in Marathi and Hindi is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
