Senior Sales Executive: ₹75,000 per month
Mid-Level Sales Executive: ₹55,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to manage sales activities for Sunraj Estate, Dombivli. The role involves lead generation, client handling, channel partner management, site visits, and sales closures.
Candidates residing within approximately a 10 km radius of Dombivli East will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, references, and direct client interactions
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and client meetings
Convert enquiries into successful sales closures
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales processing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
Track local market trends and competitor activities
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Experience with reputed developers or channel partners preferred
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Positive local market understanding and broker network
Ability to independently handle client interactions and sales closures
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems preferred
Graduate preferred for suitable candidates

Working Details
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Any one weekday (Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Extended Working Hours
Late Night Site Presence: Mandatory when required
