Job Overview: We are looking for a Junior Microsoft 365 Engineer with hands-on experience in security, administration, and modern workplace tools . The role involves supporting implementation, configuration, and day-to-day management of Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementation and configuration of Microsoft 365 services
Manage and support Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 security tools (Defender, Conditional Access, MFA)
Handle user administration (creation, access, licenses, permissions)
Troubleshoot technical issues related to M365 services
Support endpoint/device management using Intune (basic level)
Follow security best practices and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with senior engineers on deployment and upgrades

Required Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365)




Understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
Knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, and security policies
Familiarity with Exchange Online & Teams administration
Basic troubleshooting and support skills
Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Exposure to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
Microsoft certifications (MS-900, SC-900, or equivalent)
