We are a growing website development and digital marketing company serving real estate clients across India. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to handle client communication, manage follow-ups, conduct online meetings, and maintain our CRM system. The ideal candidate will be the key point of contact between our clients and internal team, ensuring smooth project coordination and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily client follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct Google Meet calls with clients
Maintain and update client records in the CRM software accurately
Send timely project updates, proposals, and reports to clients
Coordinate between clients and internal design, development, and marketing teams
Build solid, long-term relationships with real estate clients
Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve concerns professionally
Prepare daily/weekly reports on client interactions and project status
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, and email communication
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
Confident, pleasant, and qualified communication style
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
Graduate in any stream (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related field preferred)
Prior experience in client servicing, real estate, or digital marketing is a plus
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
