About the Role:

We are looking for a highly proactive and creative Social Media Manager to take ownership of Affinity’s digital presence. This role is not just about posting content it’s about building a structured, premium, and consistent brand voice across platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the founder to plan, execute, and eventually take over end-to-end social media operations, with final approvals handled at the top level.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning & Strategy
Create a monthly content calendar aligned with brand positioning (luxury, editorial, education-led)
Plan content themes: hair transformations, education, founder-led storytelling, behind-the-scenes, etc.
Develop a clear roadmap for scaling Affinity’s digital presence
Shoot Coordination & Execution
Plan and align shoots across salon locations
Coordinate with stylists, models, and internal teams for content creation
Ensure all content matches brand aesthetics and quality standards
Vendor & Freelancer Management




Identify and onboard freelance video editors, designers, and creators
Manage turnaround timelines and quality of deliverables
Build a reliable external creative team
Content Production Oversight
Oversee editing, formatting, and final output of all content
Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling across posts
Optimize content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)
Publishing & Growth
Handle scheduling and posting of content
Monitor performance and suggest improvements
Continuously refine strategy based on engagement and reach
Ownership & Scale

Gradually take full ownership of Affinity’s social media
Operate independently with minimal supervision
Founder/management to remain involved only for approvals and key direction

Job Types: Part time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
