Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Website Manager to oversee and optimize the digital presence of Xazina. Based in our flagship location in Defence Colony, Recent Delhi, you will manage the company’s e-commerce platform, track web analytics, enhance user experience, and maintain the content management system.



The role involves developing and executing strategies to improve website performance, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and ensuring seamless website functionality to align with brand objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Web Analytics and ability to derive actionable insights for website performance improvements
- Proven experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and managing website updates
- Skills in Project Management to oversee timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination
- Experience in E-Commerce operations and strategies to drive online sales and optimize customer experience
- Knowledge of Web Design principals to ensure aesthetic and functional alignment with the brand
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively on-site
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with luxury or retail industries is a plus
