Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally and promptly.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team leader.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and qualified attitude toward customers at all times.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality targets.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company processes.
- Adhere to all company protocols, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, or call center tools.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
