About the Role

Nectere Solutions LLP is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Junior Project Engineer to support project execution and site operations at our Amravati project location. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in project coordination, site management, reporting, and execution activities while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing project activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and site personnel for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support senior management in project documentation and operational activities.
- Track material usage, inventory, and site requirements.
- Resolve site-level coordination issues and provide technical support when required.




- Maintain proper project records, documentation, and communication updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of project execution and site coordination.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Team-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project execution, site supervision, or project coordination.

Compensation

- Salary up to ₹4 LPA, based on candidate experience and interview performance.
