Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Support
Assist with day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
Support sales teams with coordination, documentation, and tracking
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Expertise in developing clear, concise, and impactful presentations for client meetings and project reviews.

Operations & Coordination
Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across ongoing projects
Coordinate meetings using Google Calendar and Slack
Ensure timely updates between internal teams and stakeholders

Data & Reporting
Maintain sales data, reports, and operational documentation
Perform accurate data entry and basic reporting using Google Sheets
