Role Summary:
The role involves visiting companies, business associations, and decision makers across Tamil Nadu to introduce Kaigal’s hiring platform and services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining Kaigal’s recruitment packages, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit business associations, companies, and local employer networks across Tamil Nadu. (Bulk client onboarding)
Introduce Kaigal’s blue-collar hiring platform and recruitment services.
Identify hiring needs and pitch suitable Kaigal packages.
Build strong rapport with clients for repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure valuable client experience.
Handle client concerns or crisis situations professionally when required.
Required Skills:
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
Strong persuasion and follow-up ability.
Comfortable with typing, computer usage, and CRM entries.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team player.
Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
Basic understanding of sales and client handling.
Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
