Head of School – International Baccalaureate Institution (Chennai / Tamil Nadu)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of School to lead a premier International Baccalaureate (IB) institution in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will bring global best practices, strong academic leadership, and a passion for holistic education to guide our diverse community of learners and educators.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership across IB programmes (PYP, MYP, DP).
- Foster a culture of inquiry, innovation, and academic excellence.
- Lead faculty development, ensuring alignment with IB philosophy and standards.
- Strengthen student outcomes through balanced academics, creativity, and well-being.
- Build strong parent, community, and international partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with IB accreditation and uphold global benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience

- Advanced degree in Education or related field (Ph.D./M.Ed preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in IB or international schools (Coordinators at a minimum of IBDP level welcome to apply).
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving academic excellence.
- Strong communication, organizational, and intercultural skills.
- Commitment to holistic student development and global citizenship.
