About the Role

As a Telesales Executive at AutoEmpire, you will be the first point of contact for prospective car buyers and sellers. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and convert enquiries into showroom visits, test drives, and ultimately closed deals. Your energy, persuasion, and follow-through will directly determine your incentives and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion

▪ Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective buyers sourced through digital campaigns, walk-in data, and referrals

▪ Handle inbound enquiries promptly and convert interest into actionable leads

▪ Proactively identify customer intent, qualify leads, and prioritise hot prospects for immediate follow-up

▪ Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and valuation appointments with precision

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management





▪ Deliver accurate, compelling information on vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and ongoing offers

▪ Address customer queries and objections confidently, providing value-driven solutions

▪ Build rapport and long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business

▪ Maintain a structured follow-up cadence to re-engage warm and cold leads

Sales Process & Coordination

▪ Coordinate seamlessly with the on-ground sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and closure

▪ Explain financing schemes, exchange offers, and festive promotions to maximise deal value

▪ Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system

▪ Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational & Experience Requirements

▪ Bachelor's degree in any discipline

▪ 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service; prior automobile or BFSI sector experience is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

▪ Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is a bonus)

▪ Confident, proactive mindset — comfortable initiating conversations and handling rejection

▪ Sound understanding of the pre-owned automobile market, popular models, and pricing trends

▪ Strong active listening and empathy skills to understand customer needs quickly





▪ Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

▪ Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and MS Office

▪ Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a large lead pipeline simultaneously
