Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and reliable Field Technician to join Café Coffee Day. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and servicing of coffee machines at client locations.

- Key Responsibilities:Installation and setup of coffee vending machines
- Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
- Attending service calls and resolving technical issues on-site
- Ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality
- Maintaining service reports and documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and escalations
- Eligibility Criteria:ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field




- Basic technical knowledge of machines and equipment
- 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bike is mandatory with a valid driving license
- Compensation & Benefits:In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- CTC: ₹20,000 per month
- Travel Allowance: ₹2,300 per month
- Skills Required:Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Good communication skills
- Time management and field coordination
- Problem-solving attitude
- Working Conditions:Field-based role with travel across assigned locations in Gurugram
