Job Description

Branding Pioneers is looking for an creative AI Automation Engineer who can design, build, and optimize automated workflows using AI-powered tools. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems with automation and knows how to turn repetitive processes into smart, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage AI-powered automation workflows for marketing and business operations
- Use AI automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Pabbly, and similar platforms
- Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs into workflows
- Automate lead generation, CRM updates, reporting, and campaign processes
- Design prompt-based automation for content, ads, emails, and analytics
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to identify automation opportunities
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot automation systems
- Stay updated with the latest AI automation tools and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)




- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and basic data structures
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing platforms is a plus
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python / JavaScript) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
