Job Title: Senior Engineer / Engineer

Location: Halol

Department: Purchase

Reporting To: Head of Purchase - Halol

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for end-to-end procurement of maintenance items, consumables, annual services,Sub-contracting and PEB raw materials for projects and operations. The incumbent will manage supplier development, product development, and procurement for indirect and project-related requirements, while maintaining close coordination with Operations, PMG and other internal teams. The position ensures timely availability, cost control, quality compliance, and smooth execution of maintenance and project activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Procure maintenance-related items including spares, tools, and services required for plant/equipment upkeep.

Manage procurement of consumables (lubricants, chemicals, safety items, stationery, etc.) across plants and projects.

Handle annual services procurement and vendor coordination for equipment and facilities such as compressors, bus bars, printers, HVAC/AC, hotels, government licenses, and other recurring services.

Manage PEB structure raw material procurement, including supplier finalization, rate negotiation, and timely delivery to support project execution.

Develop new suppliers and products, including vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring.

Maintain trackers for all categories covering PR, PO, delivery, service schedules, and reconciliation.





Ensure subcontracting and service reconciliation, including RA bill verification and closure.

Coordinate with PMG & Operation team to resolve operational procurement issues.

Support commercial negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and documentation standards.

Accountabilities:

Timely procurement of maintenance, consumables, services, and PEB RM to avoid operational delays.

Accurate tracking and reporting of material, service schedules, and subcontracting.

Supplier performance, cost savings, and recent vendor/product development.

Coordination with PMG, , and internal teams to resolve procurement-related issues.

Compliance with contractual obligations, SOPs, and audit requirements.

Key Skill Requirements:

Strong experience in maintenance, consumables, services, and PEB raw material procurement.

Hands-on knowledge of subcontracting and service reconciliation.

Experience in supplier and product development, vendor evaluation, and negotiation.

Ability to maintain detailed trackers for multiple categories.

Coordination with Operations, PMG and other internal stakeholders.

Commercial negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in ERP/ SAP/ Excel tracking tools.

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering

Immediate joiners preferred

Company pick up and drop facility is available in Halol to Vadodara region.
