Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Research Assistant located in Chennai. The Research Assistant will perform a variety of tasks, including designing and conducting research experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with team members on laboratory studies.



They will be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, compiling reports, assisting in drafting research publications, and contributing to ongoing projects focused on clinical and food diagnostics.

Qualifications

- Strong research and analytical skills for conducting experiments and solving complex problems.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and data analysis methods to ensure accuracy in experiments and reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively reporting findings and collaborating within teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to protocols and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Prior experience in molecular biology, diagnostics, or related fields is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical compliance in research activities.
