Role Description

This is a full time on-site Sales Executive role located in Vapi.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored property solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships,



conducting market analysis, managing sales leads, organizing property tours, and preparing relevant documentation. The role also involves meeting sales targets, collaborating with internal teams, and proactively identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, and delivering tailored solutions

Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Proficiency in market research and understanding real estate trends

Organizational skills for handling documentation and managing multiple client accounts

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting

Experience in real estate sales is highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is considered an asset

Knowledge of the local real estate market in Surat and Vapi is a significant advantage
