Job Title

Production Lead (Shopfloor Execution)

Location

Vapi (Candidate will be required to work across Vapi and Dahej)

Experience Required

3–7 years in chemical / resin / batch manufacturing

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Production Lead to manage daily shopfloor operations and ensure smooth execution of production batches across both Dahej and Vapi plants.

This is a pure execution role focused on discipline, output, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Execute daily production plans across both plants as per schedule
Ensure batches are run strictly as per SOP and batch sheets
Monitor process parameters (temperature, time, vacuum, etc.)
Manage operators and contract labour at both locations
Coordinate with QC and Maintenance for smooth operations
Ensure minimum downtime and maximum shift productivity
Maintain production records and daily reporting




Travel between Dahej and Vapi as required for operational control
Enforce safety and housekeeping discipline

Key Skills Required
Robust shopfloor handling experience
Knowledge of batch processing and reactors
Basic understanding of distillation / solvent handling
Ability to manage manpower and shifts across locations
Discipline in following SOPs and processes

Qualification

Diploma / B.Sc / B.E. in Chemical or related field

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
