Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-ground training across clinics in Mumbai • Deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires in the city • Train teams on customer interaction, empathy, and clinic professionalism • Provide hands-on coaching within clinics to ensure SOP adherence and service excellence • Support high-volume clinic operations with practical, real-time training interventions • Identify skill gaps through field visits, audits, and coordination with city teams • Execute city-specific training calendars aligned with hiring and expansion plans
- Partner closely with City Managers, Clinic Heads, HR, and central L&D; teams • Track training effectiveness through assessments and performance improvements • Conduct refresher training and continuous learning initiatives Key Competencies:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and diverse workforce environment Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills Solid coaching ability with a hands-on approach Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore Data-driven mindset to measure training impact
