You will be a key driver of growth and engagement, ensuring that our content resonates with target audiences and contributes to our overall business objectives. What will you work on?

Network-Wide Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of a high-impact content strategy for all network cities. You’ll ensure our brand DNA remains intact while the regional teams execute flawlessly on the ground.

Operational & Creative Standards: Work with the team and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality,



consistent delivery and maintaining creative standards throughout the network.

Performance & Optimization: Keep a pulse on the data. You’ll monitor content performance against KPIs, identifying what’s working and pivoting strategies to ensure we’re always winning in the feed.

Business Acumen & Strategic Partnerships: Identify high-value opportunities to partner with the right brands that align with our brand identity. Leveraging business savvy to drive growth while maintaining editorial integrity.

Audience & Community Building: Deeply understand our TA. You’ll foster community engagement through strategic digital content, localized events, and initiatives that make us the voice of the city.

Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture high-level relationships with key stakeholders - from F&B; giants to local legends - to expand our reach and enhance our content offerings.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Hire, lead, and inspire a powerhouse team of creatives across all network cities. You are responsible for fostering a team-oriented culture and looking over their growth within the organization. Who are we looking for? A true F&B; specialist with deep knowledge of food, dining culture, hospitality trends, and the evolving restaurant ecosystem across cities.

A seasoned leader who can translate complex city experiences into engaging, original content that aligns seamlessly with visual elements.

A strategic thinker who is deeply familiar with Instagram’s features, trends, and best practices, and knows how to use them to hit revenue targets.
