We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience in manual testing of web-based applications, including online screens, APIs, and bulk file uploads/downloads. The ideal candidate should have strong test planning skills. Prior experience in the Depository or Securities domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Should be hands-on experience with manual testing of web-based applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare review test plans and test cases based on functional requirements.
- Perform manual testing of applications with UI screens, API testing (REST/SOAP APIs), and file-based integrations (upload/download).
- Review and validate functional specifications to ensure full coverage of test scenarios.




- Ensure defect tracking, triaging, and closure using standard tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Participate in release planning, retrospectives, and sprint ceremonies.

Required Skills:

- Experience in web application testing, including front-end UI and back-end APIs.
- Positive understanding and hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI).
- Experience in bulk file testing: upload/download scenarios including validation of file formats and data consistency.
- Sound understanding of STLC, test design techniques, and defect life cycle.
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Proficient in using defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
