- Candidate Should know project management cycle from planning, development, execution to implementation.

- Robust skills in applications production support mainly within Windows Server, MS-SQL, IIS, Technology.
- Analysis and Resolution for all AppSec and VAIPT points raised by client team as per severity (Critical, high, medium, and low) of point
- Candidate must have technical production support experience. This will add additional value add in profile.
- Candidate must have hands-on experience on issue analysis and bug fixing
- Candidate must have hands-on experience of ticketing tool.
- Candidate must have knowledge of Windows scheduler, Cron Job and SQL scheduler

Key Responsibilities:




- Coordinate with multiple teams for incident resolution like Server Team, Developer Team, DBA Team, Quality Team, Network Team, Storage Team etc
- Perform deployment of release in SIT and prepare a SIT test cases.
- Perform Production release deployment and monitoring.
- Participate in BCP Drill activity & update the Run Book

Role Proficiencies:
- Experience in Production Management for Windows Application server
- Technically sound on MS SQL 20162019
- Writing SQL Queries, View, Store Procedure
- Creation of Web site on IIS Server
- Create and modified SQL jobs and Window batch files
- HanuERP application experience will be a add on for this role

- Salary: 12000/- 15000 per Month
