Startech Networks, Inc. is seeking an Accountant candidate with 2 years or less of experience to work in Mumbai, India.

Job Requirements:

- Maintaining Revenue Tracker
- Mapping of Revenue and invoicing
- Knowledge of Quick Book
- Supporting data entry and maintenance of books of accounts.
- Prepare the revenue tracker by coordinating with the project teams to get a monthly revenue tracker for each project to derive revenue per month.
- Coordination with the project team to receive purchaser orders (POs)



from customers.
- Status of Work Done Without PO
- Supporting and guiding the backend support team to ensure timely and correct billing to customers of the Company.
- Mapping collection receipts with debtors' files and reconciliation of revenue.
- Checking GRN/WCC from the project team before accepting vendor invoices.
- Supporting accountants in preparing vendor payment files and vendor reconciliation.
- Preparing and/or support to prepare MIS reports on a periodic basis.
- Raising Customer Invoices and maintaining billing tracker.
