Job Description – Recruitment Specialist (Hospitality Hiring)

Gold Coins Club & Resort, a premium 25-year-old heritage property in Electronic City Phase II, Bengaluru, is seeking a proactive and target-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across departments. The role is focused on high-volume recruitment, fast turnaround hiring, and building a strong talent pipeline for hospitality operations.
Position Title: Recruitment Specialist
Department: Human Resources
Location: Gold Coins Club & Resort, Electronic City, Bengaluru
Accommodation: Optional sharing accommodation in a semi-furnished apartment owned by the Managing Director, within 100 meters from the resort
Meals: Food provided on all working days at the resort
Position Objective
To ensure timely and efficient hiring of quality candidates across all departments, supporting smooth resort operations and workforce stability.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment
- Handle full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage hiring for roles across departments:
- Kitchen (Chefs, Commis, Stewarding)
- F&B; Service (Stewards, Captains)
- Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Sales & Admin roles
- Ensure quick closure of positions with minimal downtime.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local networks.
- Conduct bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
Screening & Selection
- Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, attitude, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with department heads for final interviews.
Candidate Coordination
- Communicate job roles, salary, and perks clearly.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure joining.
- Handle offer rollouts and onboarding process.
Recruitment Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Monitor hiring timelines and performance metrics.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
Employer Branding
- Promote the resort as an employer of choice.
- Manage job postings and social media hiring campaigns.
- Improve candidate experience during hiring process.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (hospitality hiring preferred).
- Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar + mid-level roles.
- Strong communication skills:
- English (mandatory)
- Kannada (mandatory)
- Hindi preferred
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
