Role Description
This is a full time in office position located in West Delhi. The role involves day-to-day management of shipping and logistics operations, coordinating with clients to understand and fulfill shipment needs, and ensuring seamless execution of logistics workflows.
Key responsibilities include tracking consignments, managing relationships with carriers and associates, providing updates to clients,
and supporting packaging and warehousing requirements. Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and contributing to effective supply chain management is essential.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage shipments and logistics workflows.
Knowledge of shipping and logistics principles, including regulatory compliance, carrier coordination, and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Experience with tracking systems and ability to deliver real-time updates on shipment statuses.
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve logistics challenges effectively.
Familiarity with international shipping practices and regulations is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Availability to work on-site in West Delhi and collaborate with diverse teams.
