Responsibilities
Deliver practical, industry-aligned cybersecurity training sessions
Conduct live hacking demos, labs, and real-world simulations
Train learners on offensive and defensive security concepts
Continuously upgrade Training Material and Lab to reflect evolving threats
Mentor students and support their technical and career growth
Stay updated with emerging tools, exploits, and attack vectors
Technical Skills Required




Kali Linux & Linux fundamentals
Network Security & Protocol Analysis
Penetration Testing (Network & Web)
OWASP Top 10 & Web Application Security
Endpoint Security & Defense Techniques
Ethical Hacking & Bug Bounty methodologies
Basic Experience in multiple Cybersecurity technologies/tools like IAM , Web security, Email security, Cloud security, GRC , SOC , SIEM etc.
Tools: Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Wireshark, SOC tools etc.
Managing Cybersecurity Lab

Who You Are
2–10 years of hands-on cybersecurity training experience
Comfortable working 6 days a week in a startup environment
Passionate about learning and experimenting with current technologies
Strong communication and mentoring skills
