Qualifications & Prerequisites
Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
Experience:
(1) Minimum of 4 years experience in Front Office operations, including at least 2 years in a
supervisory role
(2)



Experience working with and taking care of leisure (foreign & domestic tourist), corporate, and
wedding guests
(3) Experience in heritage, boutique, or luxury hotels preferred
Technical & Skilled Skills:
(1) Knowledge of PMS (Opera / IDS / WINHMS / etc) and Channel Management software (STAAH,
Hotel Spider, etc)
(2) Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
(3) Robust understanding of reservations, billing, night audit, and cash handling SOPs and policies
Language: Fluency in English & Hindi (Written & Oral)
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Takes ownership of shift operations by reviewing room inventory, arrivals, departures, and daily events to ensure operational readiness and zero service disruption.
Arrival & Departure Accountability: Ensure all check-ins and check-outs are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with established service standards.
