Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will assist prospective clients with understanding educational and immigration opportunities, provide detailed consultations, and manage the admissions or application process. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries,
offering excellent customer service, guiding individuals on educational pathways, achieving target enrollment goals, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service
- Sales abilities to engage and assist clients effectively
- Familiarity with the Education industry and related processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site workplace
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or related roles is an asset
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
