and sales strategy implementation Requirements 4–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales Strong knowledge of: Off-plan projects Secondary market properties Residential & commercial projects Villas, plots, apartments, SCOs, and investment properties Good experience working with reputed developers in Tri-City Solid communication, convincing, and negotiation skills Leadership and team handling capability preferred Professional personality with client handling experience Knowledge of Mohali / Chandigarh / Punjab property market is a must
