- Invoice & Billing Management
- Prepare and manage client invoices for the projects.
- Ensure timely billing as per project
- Vendor & Contractor Payments
- Process payments for vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Verify bills, purchase orders, and delivery challans before payment.
- Maintain proper records of all vendor transactions.
- Expense Tracking
- Monitor and record daily expenses from different project sites.
- Maintain site-wise and project-wise expense reports.
- Accounts Entry & Bookkeeping
- Record all financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- GST & Tax Compliance
- Prepare GST invoices and maintain GST records.
- Coordinate for GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Monitor company bank transactions and payment approvals.
- Budget & Cost Monitoring
- Track project budgets and compare actual expenses with planned budgets.
- Inform management about cost variations.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial reports.




- Share expense summaries and cash flow reports with management.
- Coordination with Other Departments
- Coordinate with the procurement, site engineers, and sales team for billing and payments.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly submitted and verified.
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, contracts, payment receipts, and tax documents.
- Ensure all financial documents are easily accessible for audits.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
