We are looking for passionate cybersecurity professionals who enjoy mentoring and teaching students through practical demonstrations and interactive learning sessions.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Part-Time Cybersecurity Trainer who imust be proficient in:

- CCNA & Networking Fundamentals
- Ethical Hacking (Intermediate Level)
- Network Security
- FortiGate or Palo Alto Firewall Technologies

The trainer will deliver in-person training sessions at college campuses across Maharashtra and guide students through practical cybersecurity concepts and labs.

Required Experience

3–5 years of experience in:

- Cybersecurity
- Network Security
- Network Operations
- Security Operations
- Security Implementation

Candidates with real-world implementation or SOC/NOC exposure will be preferred. Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and practical cybersecurity training sessions to college students
- Conduct in-person training programs at college campuses
- Mentor students during hands-on lab activities
- Guide students on cybersecurity fundamentals and practical attack simulations
- Conduct assessments and monitor student performance during the training
- Create an interactive and industry-oriented learning environment

Required Skills Networking & Security Fundamentals





Strong understanding of

- TCP/IP
- OSI Model
- DNS & DHCP
- Routing Protocols
- Switching Concepts
- SSL/TLS
- IPS & IDS
- DMZ Architecture

Ethical Hacking Knowledge Good understanding and hands-on exposure to:

- Cyber Attack Lifecycle
- DoS/DDoS Attacks
- SQL Injection
- Brute Force & Dictionary Attacks
- DNS-Based Attacks
- Basic Attack Simulation Concepts

Firewall & Infrastructure Security Hands-on experience with at least one:

- FortiGate Firewall
- Palo Alto Firewall

Good conceptual understanding of:
- Endpoint Security
- Email Security
- DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
- NAC Security
- SASE
- Traditional Infrastructure vs Cloud Infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in

- Security Implementation
- Security Operations (SOC)
- Network Operations (NOC)
- Enterprise Firewall Deployments
- Cybersecurity Training or Mentoring

will be given preference. What You Will Bring

- A good laptop for practical lab demonstrations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way
- Positive attitude and professional conduct
- Proficiency in:
- English
- Marathi / Hindi

Availability Requirement

- Expected availability: 2–4 days per month (Training event will be of 2 days)
- Flexible schedule:
- Weekdays or weekends
- Based on trainer availability and training schedules
