Role Description

This is a full-time in office role as a Sales Manager for Subham Plaza at Jorhat(Assam). The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales operations of the store, achieving sales goals and objectives, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining valuable relationships with clients and handling sales-related queries and complaints.

Qualifications
Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in managing sales operations and achieving sales targets.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Customer service skills, including the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues.
Communication skills,



both written and verbal, as well as good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Previous experience in sales for conusmer electronics.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Jorhat, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
