Role Description
IMS Rajkot is looking for a passionate and dynamic Quantitative Aptitude Faculty member to join our academic team.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Teaching Quantitative Aptitude for management entrance exams
Conducting engaging classroom sessions
Mentoring and guiding students
Conducting doubt-solving sessions and workshops
Tracking student performance and helping improve scores
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring students, and simplifying complex concepts.
Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid command over Quantitative Aptitude concepts




Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Ability to engage and motivate learners
Team player with a growth mindset
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Management, or related fields
Preferred
Prior experience in CAT/CMAT/IPMAT/GRE/GMAT coaching
Freshers with exceptional aptitude and communication skills can also apply
