A leading and rapidly growing retail organization is looking for experienced professionals for their Real Estate & Retail Expansion team based out of Pune.

Key Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Maharashtra retail market
• Fluency in Marathi / local language is mandatory
• Strong network with property consultants, landlords, brokers & developers across Maharashtra
• Must have hands-on experience in identifying and closing large retail spaces
• Candidate should have successfully opened large-format retail stores of 8,000+ sq. ft.
• Experience in site acquisition, lease negotiation, due diligence & store rollout
• Exposure to retail / FMCG / supermarket / fashion / value retail brands preferred

Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Pune / Maharashtra
Industry Preference: Retail / QSR / Supermarket / Large Format Retail

Candidates with robust local market connectivity and proven store expansion track record may share profiles or connect directly.
