We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Banquet Sales Executive to manage banquet inquiries, attend walk-in customers, explain banquet packages, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Marathi and be comfortable handling customer follow-ups, lead management, and daily reporting.
- Key Responsibilities Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the banquet/property
- Explain banquet hall packages, pricing, décor options, and services to prospective clients
- Handle online inquiries and call leads generated through social media, websites, and other platforms
- Maintain daily customer visit logs and enquiry data accurately
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to maximize booking conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for event requirements and customer expectations
- Share presentations and banquet details with clients when required
- Maintain qualified relationships with customers and ensure excellent service experience
- Support sales targets and revenue generation activities for banquet bookings
- Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
- Presentable personality with customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain records and follow up systematically
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Prior experience in banquet sales, hospitality, or customer service will be preferred
- ExperienceFresher or 1–3 years of experience in banquet sales, hospitality, events, or customer service
- EducationGraduate or relevant qualification preferred
- Preferred Candidate ProfileSmart, energetic, and sales-oriented personality
- Comfortable interacting with customers directly
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Candidate residing near Dombivli will be preferred
