About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Spoken English Trainer to facilitate English communication training at our Lighthouses in Dombivli and Ambivli. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with youth, is passionate about teaching, and wants to make a meaningful impact through education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver interactive and practical spoken English sessions to youth.
- Enhance students’ workplace readiness and communication confidence.
- Conduct timely assessments and provide constructive individual feedback.
- Mentor and motivate students throughout their learning journey.
- Maintain regular communication with the Master Trainer and report progress.
- Suggest ideas to improve curriculum and teaching methods.




- Maintain training documentation and support team activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (English/Education preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in English teaching or training.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Energetic and confident in managing batches of 25–30 students.
- Empathetic and approachable, with a passion for youth development.
- Positive classroom presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build trust and inspire young learners from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Candidates:

- Based in or near Dombivli or Ambivli
- Available for immediate joining
